Halloween Party ideas+++P&G insert giveaway

This weekend we are having our first Halloween party for our 13 yr old son. It is also his Birthday. Since I was traveling during his birthday last week, we are going to have a Halloween/birthday party for him, but need to do it on a very tight budget.

I would love to know your inexpensive Halloween party ideas for a 13 yr old boy.
We have a Wii and will have that going, but I am not creative for stuff like that. I would love o hear your thoughts & Ideas for a spooky Halloween/Birthday party.

For your ideas, I will be giving away new, hot off the presses P&G inserts!

How it will work:
  • Post your ideas, pictures etc.. on how to have a Halloween/birthday party on a very tight budget.
  • If I use the idea or just love the idea you will win 4 sets of new, never before seen P&G inserts.

Ideas I am needing are for Halloween food, activities and more!!

It is simple to make the ghoulish cheese shapes, just ask the clerk at the deli counter to slice your cheese about ¼ inch thick and use a Halloween cookie cutter.

Use these to top off a homemade pizza. Lay all of your "toppings" down first, then your sauce, then the ghoulish cheese shapes instead of any other cheese.

You could have a costume contest with candy prizes for the winner(s).We have chili and hot dogs at our Halloween party. You could have "mummy dogs"-hot dogs wrapped in crescent rolls. Make "floating hands" by freezing Kool Aid in latex gloves(tied off). When you are ready to use them cut off the glove and add to the punch bowl. You could also add gummy worms to the bowl as well. Decorate the birthday cake with a spider web and if you are really good you could spell out "Happy Birthday" in the web a la Charlotte's Web.

Here is the best idea for an inexpensive way to feed your gouls and goblins, tell your local Chick-fil-A owner how much you appreciate him and receive a free nugget tray. Let me know what time you want to pick it up.

How about a scavenger hunt outside with friends/relatives dressed in costumes jumping out to scare the participants as they are searching for the halloween themed items?

Use food coloring to turn the foods "not normal/expected" colors.
