Just wanted to tell you what fun I am having! We clipped coupons and organized our binder and then went shopping yesterday. We were like kids in a candy store signing up for our CVS cards. The manager was so cute and even gave us a tour of the store. My favorite purchase was the Iron Man 2 DVD for....FREE! (She says shouting, in Coupon Queeny class tradition!) Wow I still can't believe this is me!

With the growth of CouponQueeny Inc, my new business partner thought I needed an updated look and I totally agreed. (who wouldn't want a make over right?) So off to Raleigh I went for workshops, meeting, classes and a makeover.

Make-up:
You would think that by 36yr of age make up would not be an issue for me, but I did learn so much about my skin care and makeup. Like, how to do my stage make up as opposed to camera ready, workshops and every day looks. Maggie took time to take me various places and educate me. It was great fun. Thank you so much Maggie for taking time out of your busy schedule for me.

Dress:
I also learned how to dress better. I am happiest in my Capri's, t-shirt and sandals, but apparently that is not as professional as I should be. hahahaha Things are different now and Image is important. I had so much fun with Maggie shopping and I truly did learn so much. Thank you Maggie

Hair:
I can honestly say I have never had highlights, low lights or professional color. I am a "color my hair out of the box" kind of girl. I totally let them do my hair as they pleased. A touch of Red, highlights, low lights, shorter more professional hair and it is easy to do. That was a must. A mom of 3 and super busy I needed a cut that I could still maintain at home and look fabulous when out.
Thank you so much Jennifer for taking the time to spend 4 hours on my hair. I love, love, love it and to Jessica for taking such fabulous pictures on such a short time frame. You did a great job!

This is an inside out makeover for me. I had previously finally committed to loosing the weight, taking care of myself better and getting my priorities in check. So much has happened in the last 4 months that is kind of a roller coaster in my life. Thank you Lori and Christine at Total Nutrition and Therapeutics for getting me started and holding my hand thru this weightloss journey

Between traveling this year, being a wife, mommy, my walk with God and growing CQ there isn't much time left for anything else so along with this makeover starts a new journey for me as well.
I hope you will continue to stay with me on the journey. We have big plans in the near future with CQ and other companies.

So many weeks life happens and updates/matchups fall by the wayside, but now CQ is on a schedule and working like a busy bee!

Mom and Couponing

Picture this:
I'm at Publix with my 3 angles and my 20 mo old decides in the check-out line to start screaming, because he sees my cell phone and/or keys and wants them. By now he is screaming very, very loud. I am trying to watch the coupons and get my 2 older kids to help out, but the way everyone was staring at me, you would think I had 3 eyes and green hair or something. This has become a way of life for us since our 1 year old has decided to gracefully enter the Terrible 2's 4 months early.

So if you hear a screaming baby and you see my other 2 nearby, you can bet that we are gracefully ducking out the door..Tail wagging.

Couponing is a way of life for us. The kids love to go on a Blinkie Scavenger Hunt when we are in the store. Going down each aisle, grabbing the coupons from the dispensers and then waiting patiently for more to pop out. They can't wait to get to it. If you see 2 kids running for the coupons...they are mine and I will claim them. :)

Wesley is baby #3 and mostly I can tune out the temper tantrums, but in the store it just seems so LOUD.
