It was a little hectic in the house tonight. I over did it a bit today so you know the noise level in the house always seems more when you are exhausted. 3 kids playing, 1 nebulizer going and the TV trying to be heard over it all.......CHAOS
So the TV went off, big brother was asked to play blocks with little brother, then sister got involved. My oldest built a robot with my 3yr olds gear blocks..Sister built a house with them and the TV was off...Peace and Quiet returned along with my sanity.
No one liked it at first and there was definitely bucking at the idea, but now little bug is in bed and oldest are playing dvd pictionary together. I never thought I would see the day when they would play together w/out fighting.
All because the TV went off....
What do you do during the week to minimize TV time and Maximize family time.
