Last night I was talking with a friend about Christmas Traditions (her kids make a nativity set each year) and thought it would be interesting to see what Christmas Traditions you have in your family and/or from when you were a child?
If you don't have any, this will give you a few ideas.
Here are mine:
- When my hubby and I were married I wanted us to have our own Christmas Traditions besides the #1 rule he had (No Birthday presents wrapped in Christmas paper, just 1 rule for this Christmas baby).
- Every Christmas Eve we read the Christmas story, have Hot Cocoa (yep even in FL), then open our Christmas PJ's. Everyone gets Christmas Pj's of some sort and we wear them to bed. Sometimes I may throw in a robe or slippers etc..
- Also, we make reindeer food and the kids make a plate of carrots (for the reindeer) and Coke & Cookies for Santa!
